Information we collect

When you contact us through a form on this site — booking a tour, requesting information about a rating, or sending an advisor a note — we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you submit. We don't ask for or collect Social Security numbers, payment information, or other sensitive personal data through our website forms.

We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics data automatically: pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and the approximate location our analytics provider derives from your IP address. We use this data in aggregate to understand which pages people find useful and where the site needs work.

How we use it

Information you submit through a form is used to answer your inquiry. A real person reads it, decides whether the right next step is a phone call, an email reply, or a scheduled visit, and reaches out within one business day.

We don't sell or rent your contact information to anyone. Ever. If we use a third-party service to deliver email (such as Resend) or measure site traffic (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta), that provider receives only the data it needs to perform the specific task we hired it for, and is bound by its own privacy policies.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies to operate the site and measure performance. Most are first-party (set by desertwingsflightschool.com) and used to remember UI preferences. We also use third-party cookies from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta to measure ad performance and audience characteristics in aggregate.

Children

This website is intended for adults considering flight training. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please let us know and we'll delete it.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
